Public Security & Operations Bulletin
Date: August 1, 2025
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Security Classification: Public
Following a complete month of internal restructuring, asset reallocation, personnel disbandment, and scientific release activity, Sentinel Alpha hereby announces the official downgrade of Eolisa Space’s internal security posture from Level 3 to Level 1, effective immediately.
There are no longer any critical threats, unresolved structural deficiencies, or strategic uncertainties requiring elevated response protocols.
STATUS UPDATE
As of August 1, 2025:
All operational assets, scientific projects, and institutional documentation have been fully transferred to the jurisdiction of the United States.
The Turkish chapter of Eolisa Space has been formally, structurally, and legally terminated.
The company is now based entirely in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and operates solely under U.S. law and oversight.
There are no outstanding liabilities, active investigations, or internal alerts in effect.
Eolisa Space is now classified as operationally stable, and enters a new phase of controlled strategic development and institutional expansion.
SCIENTIFIC RELEASES ISSUED UNDER SENTINEL OVERSIGHT (JULY 2025)
Sagittarius A* – Preliminary Wormhole Hypotheses
A visual and theoretical analysis into radial anomalies near the galactic core.
Released unaltered and permanently archived for public and scientific scrutiny.
Destination Mars: A Machine Learning-Based Exploratory Study
An AI-driven analysis of Martian terrain for use in future autonomous missions.
Both documents were internally reviewed, approved, and registered under full DOI compliance.
FORWARD-LOOKING DIRECTIVE
The current strategic focus of Eolisa Space is centered on:
Establishing physical infrastructure within the United States
Forming scientific alliances and formal academic partnerships
Preparing for structured research reactivation no later than Q2 of 2026
All future operational, scientific, and representational activity will originate from the United States. No segment of Eolisa Space’s structure, data, or leadership remains under any foreign authority or influence.
ADDENDUM: UNSOLICITED INVESTMENT PROPOSAL
During the July 2025 period, Eolisa Space received a formal investment inquiry from a Switzerland-based financial entity acting on behalf of private investors, expressing interest in entering into a strategic agreement via equity or convertible note structure.
The proposal was submitted directly to executive leadership and reviewed in full.
As of August 1, 2025, this proposal has been formally declined by the Office of the President.
No discussions were initiated, no documents exchanged, and no negotiations entered. The leadership of Eolisa Space has determined that the current development phase does not require or benefit from external capital influence or third-party strategic participation.
This decision is final.
Any future engagement of this nature, should it be reconsidered, will be disclosed in accordance with institutional transparency policy and under full Sentinel Alpha oversight.
