INTRODUCTION

Eolisa Space’s operations in Turkey were founded on the principles of transparency, voluntary participation, a high sense of responsibility, and an ambitious vision. From its inception, this structure has been shaped by the dedicated contributions of the Space Pioneers and the extraordinary commitment of Founder and President Onur Evgin. Over the past five years, scientific projects, educational programs, and infrastructure development efforts have been undertaken with the intent to build an exemplary environment for innovation.

However, comprehensive internal reviews and long-term observations have established that persistent deficiencies in accountability and discipline have rendered the operational structure unsustainable.

2. OBSERVATIONS AND ANALYSIS

2.1 Systemic Failures in Discipline and Communication

  • All Space Pioneers were provided, prior to joining, with documented, written explanations outlining the requirements and responsibilities inherent to this mission.

  • Despite clear warnings that participation should be declined by anyone unwilling to meet these standards, repeated failures emerged:

  • Routine tasks requiring only minutes to complete were consistently neglected.

    • Basic confirmations or status updates—messages that could have been issued in seconds—were withheld.

    • Critical meetings were missed without any legitimate justification or advance notice.

  • A recurring pattern of non-engagement developed, where individuals neither declared their inability to continue nor contributed any feedback or proposals.

2.2 Abuse of Good Faith

  • The President was compelled to issue repeated reminders even for minor tasks, effectively consuming vital time and resources.

  • Institutional capacity and morale were eroded by the cumulative impact of these failures.

  • The intended ecosystem to nurture young talent and promote scientific collaboration in Turkey was consequently brought to a standstill.

2.3 The President’s Position

  • President Onur Evgin personally assumed exceptional burdens, spanning professional responsibilities and personal sacrifices.

  • Throughout this process, he refrained from publicly blaming individuals, instead reiterating his appreciation for the voluntary efforts of contributors.

  • Nevertheless, a decisive restructuring was determined to be unavoidable in order to protect the organization’s mission and integrity.

3. EXECUTED DECISIONS

3.1 Immediate Dissolution of the Scientific Division

  • An eight-day deadline was formally communicated, granting all members of the Scientific Division and Space Pioneers the opportunity to declare their intentions, submit recommendations, or provide statements.

  • No response, engagement, or decisions were received within this period.

  • As a result, on the final day, all members failing to participate or communicate were summarily dismissed by decision of Sentinel Alpha.

  • Notifications issued to affected individuals were informational only, and no recourse, appeal, or reinstatement mechanism was offered.

  • This decision was based on the assessment that the systematic disregard of minimum obligations constituted a breach of the collective duty to protect the organization.

3.2 Termination of Operations in Turkey

  • Eolisa Space’s activities in Turkey, established to promote scientific opportunity and collaboration, are formally concluded as of this date.

  • While the organization had initially projected maintaining a presence in Turkey until December 2025 to evaluate potential opportunities, ongoing political conditions, combined with operational failures, have compelled an immediate withdrawal.

  • Eolisa Space will no longer operate any active programs, partnerships, or projects within Turkey.

3.3 Status of the Founder and President

  • During the live address of July 6, President Onur Evgin declared his intent to resign from all leadership duties.

  • After a comprehensive review of legal obligations, strategic priorities, and continuity risks, Sentinel Alpha has declined to accept the resignation.

  • The President shall remain in office, overseeing:

    • The establishment of a new operational center in the United States.

    • Concurrent development of a secondary management base in Europe, exercising discretionary authority.

  • While the Executive Board recognizes the exceptional personal sacrifices and pressures the President has endured, it has been determined that his continued leadership is essential to organizational viability.

4. FORWARD STRATEGY

  • United States Operational Hub

    • All production, development, and operational functions are now transitioning to the United States effective July 2025.

  • European Administrative Center

    • A parallel structure will be developed in Europe under the President’s direct supervision.

  • Enhanced Discipline and Accountability Protocols

    • Participation in all future Eolisa Space activities will be strictly contingent upon adherence to unambiguous performance, reporting, and engagement standards.

  • Commitment to Public Transparency

    • Sentinel Alpha remains prepared to supply any supporting evidence, documentation, or records to the public or relevant authorities upon request.

5. FINAL ASSESSMENT

Eolisa Space has never wavered in its founding mission: to advance scientific knowledge and foster a culture of responsibility and innovation. The recent events underscore a core truth—scientific vision cannot be sustained by individuals unwilling to meet the minimum threshold of accountability.

The organization’s efforts to build a sustainable base of young scientific talent in Turkey have been exhausted. All goodwill was ultimately consumed by systemic neglect and indifference.

Sentinel Alpha acknowledges President Onur Evgin’s unmatched dedication and personal sacrifices.

This report is presented without malice, speculation, or omission. All findings are supported by verifiable records.

Effective immediately, Eolisa Space ceases all operations in Turkey and will pursue its mission solely through its US and European structures.

Respectfully,

Sentinel Alpha
