Structural Reorganization Process Officially Launched

The recent Kickstarter campaign initiated by Eolisa Space has technically concluded with contributions exceeding its initial funding goal.
However, following internal assessments and structural reviews, it was determined that the campaign’s operational dynamics did not align fully with the institution’s long-term standards and values.
As of April 1, 2025, Sentinel Alpha has officially activated Level 3 Security Status, initiating a 14-day extraordinary restructuring phase designed to reinforce and optimize Eolisa Space’s internal systems and future strategy.
Presidency Remains Active – But Will Operate in an Observational Role
The presidency of Eolisa Space remains legally and institutionally active.
However, following a comprehensive review, it was concluded that the President — having carried extensive responsibilities across multiple fronts — would best contribute to this restructuring period by assuming a temporary observational role.
This arrangement allows the President space for strategic reflection and recovery, enabling a stronger and more focused return following the transition.
The President will not be involved in daily decision-making during this process but will provide insight and guidance when necessary.
This is not a suspension, but rather a deliberate and cooperative organizational measure, made with full awareness and consent.
What Will This Process Involve?
• Redefining all individual and team responsibilities
• Streamlining and reinforcing internal team structures
• Auditing and recalibrating all ongoing projects and materials
• Postponing or terminating efforts not aligned with the mission
• Restructuring communication channels and internal reporting
• Establishing a new, unified tone for investor and stakeholder communication
Why Is This Process Necessary?
Eolisa Space is currently undergoing a critical transition phase — most notably, the relocation from Türkiye to the United States.
This has involved logistical, operational, and human challenges.
Furthermore, past incidents of internal misuse, and previously unresolved structural gaps, have delayed the company’s ability to fully synchronize under a unified framework.
Rather than proceed under unstable conditions, the leadership chose to pause and rebuild on stronger ground.
This process was not prompted by failure or crisis, but by a proactive and strategic institutional decision — driven by responsibility, foresight, and ethical clarity.
What Will Happen After the 14-Day Period?
At the end of the reorganization period:
• Full reports will be shared with both the public and internal stakeholders
• The internal team structure will be finalized
• Strategic projects will be refined and relaunched
• A new and improved campaign cycle will be initiated under clearer terms
Once these changes are in place, Sentinel Alpha will withdraw from operational control, and Eolisa Space will resume its normal executive rhythm, now reinforced and restructured.
