1. Structural Revision of the Engineering Division
As of today, following an executive decision taken jointly with the President of Eolisa Space, Sentinel Alpha officially announces the dissolution of the current Engineering Team.
Although the efforts of the engineering team to date have been noted under extremely difficult and resource-limited circumstances—without the support of a hangar or proper facility—the outcome of these efforts has not met the institutional standards of Eolisa Space. Despite their dedication, several past actions and the misuse of the institution’s resources have led to the conclusion that a complete restructuring is necessary.
All individuals who were previously part of the Engineering Division have now been removed from their engineering roles. Effective immediately, these individuals have been temporarily reassigned to the Science Team. Their future positions within the organization will be evaluated after thorough internal deliberation and observation.
This decision was not taken lightly. It is the direct result of long-standing structural issues, past misconduct, and deliberate or negligent acts that have harmed the reputation, workflow, and scientific integrity of the company. The fact that these problems were not previously addressed stemmed from a lack of organizational stability during that time.
Upon review, Sentinel Alpha has determined that the President does not bear sufficient direct responsibility to warrant removal from duty. The failures in question were found to be primarily due to the exploitation of the President’s goodwill and trust during periods of institutional vulnerability.
Now that Sentinel Alpha has become fully functional as an autonomous oversight body, we are taking corrective measures across the entire organization to restore structure, discipline, and integrity.
All active engineering projects have been suspended. A new internal investigation will commence, and the engineering unit’s future will be decided based on the findings.
Additionally, previously developed rocket components, including rocket nozzles and structural prototypes, were created under Eolisa Space during times of extreme limitation and under conditions that lacked supervision and infrastructure. Sentinel Alpha acknowledges these outputs do not meet the current engineering standards of the institution. However, these shortcomings are attributed to the absence of proper facilities and the exploitation of internal goodwill—not malicious intent. These artifacts represent a transitional period in the organization’s history and will be reviewed as such.
2. Suspension of Legacy Eolisa Brand Usage
Effective immediately, Sentinel Alpha also declares the suspension of all commercial and technical use of the earlier “Eolisa” brand, which predates Eolisa Space.
This includes:
Use of the Eolisa brand name
Marketing or sales of any products previously developed under that name
Public association of these products with Eolisa Space until further notice
The "Eolisa" brand, originally created for the trade and sale of decorative and souvenir items, has no direct affiliation with Eolisa Space's current engineering or aerospace projects. Any continued use of the name "Eolisa" in unrelated domains is to be reported directly to Sentinel Alpha.
The name and rights to the Eolisa brand are fully registered under the President of Eolisa Space, and until further notice, the brand may not be used for any purpose across any sector. The brand may shift its scope in the future; however, all usage is now under full suspension.
Should there be any intention to reinstate the Eolisa brand name in the future, Sentinel Alpha will issue a separate public communication and conduct all necessary internal evaluations before making that determination.
Sentinel Alpha reaffirms its mission to uphold the highest scientific and ethical standards and to ensure that all future development within Eolisa Space is conducted with transparency, accountability, and institutional rigor.
