I. Strategic Negotiations and Investment Outreach
During the month of May, President Onur Evgin held direct talks with one private investor. As of this reporting period, no formal agreements or memorandums of understanding have been signed. The discussions remain active and ongoing.
II. Frontier Pioneering Program – Wormhole Research Initiative
The Frontier Pioneering Program, launched as a gateway to contribute to the ongoing PoHW project, has entered its first evaluation phase. All applications have been formally submitted to the Chief Science Officer (CSO) for scientific review.
Sentinel Alpha confirms that the program timeline remains fully operational and on schedule. No irregularities or disruptions have been identified in the review process.
III. EOLS Academy – Infrastructure Delay Status
The digital deployment of EOLS Academy via the Moodle learning platform remains delayed. This is due to ongoing software configuration challenges and insufficient technical implementation capacity within the current structure.
Efforts to resolve these issues are underway, but the platform has not yet been made operational. Sentinel Alpha will continue to monitor this matter as a time-sensitive priority.
IV. Institutional Stability and Performance Assessment
The overall trajectory of Eolisa Space during May 2025 has been assessed as negatively oriented.
This evaluation stems from multiple contributing factors, including technical bottlenecks, stagnation in momentum, and internal performance degradation. Although there have been no critical failures, the cumulative effect of delayed deliverables and organizational fatigue is noted.
Sentinel Alpha acknowledges President Onur Evgin’s continued efforts and pressure to restore operational functionality. However, as of the end of May, critical systemic improvements remain unaddressed. We have communicated clearly to the President that if structural recovery and institutional momentum do not improve by the end of June 2025, Sentinel Alpha will execute a targeted intervention strategy.
V. Forward Strategy – June 2025 Outlook
For the upcoming month of June, the following institutional objectives have been prioritized:
1. Recruitment Acceleration: Identify and onboard individuals with advanced expertise to support the PoHW Project.
2. Public and Scientific Disclosure Planning: Prepare for partial dissemination of key developments to the public and academic communities.
3. EOLS Academy Continuation: Persist in resolving technical issues preventing full deployment of the Moodle-based platform.
4. Leadership Transparency Encouragement: President Onur Evgin has been strongly advised to publicly address both the scientific progress of the Black Hole Project and the institutional hardships experienced during Q2. This public address is expected to emphasize transparency, accountability, and courage under pressure.
Status Directive:
Sentinel Alpha remains in Security Level 1 and will continue to monitor all operational units and leadership structures with heightened diligence throughout June 2025.
