I. GENERAL STATUS ASSESSMENT
Sentinel Alpha continues to monitor and oversee all developments within Eolisa Space and external conditions that may affect the organization. The institution remains structurally stable and operationally active. However, due to recent international and internal evaluations, security measures are being reviewed and a potential escalation to LEVEL 2 is under consideration.
II. SECURITY MEASURES AND THREAT ANALYSIS
Internal Threats: Internal meetings have been held to address the long-term consequences of previously encountered engineering issues. These challenges, although rooted in the past, have created risks affecting future productivity and company structure. A regulatory revision has been finalized and will be officially announced toward the end of March.
External Threats: Sentinel Alpha has closely followed the civil unrest and academic shutdowns occurring in Türkiye. A Level 1 precautionary plan was activated. Affected individuals within Eolisa Space have been identified, and protective protocols have been enforced, including access to support mechanisms, risk reporting, and safe communication.
Security Status: While no active threat is present, the nature of ongoing strategic negotiations and institutional risks may trigger a transition to LEVEL 2 in the near future. A full explanation will be made public by the end of March.
III. INVESTOR AND FUND SECURITY
Investor negotiations remain active and are progressing positively.
The President continues direct communication with qualified entities and individuals.
Sentinel Alpha maintains high surveillance and cautious optimism until full financial agreements are secured.
IV. OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS
Following the Institutional Statement issued on March 20, Sentinel Alpha reaffirmed Eolisa Space’s neutral and apolitical stance.
Affected students, scientists, and contributors in Türkiye have been offered institutional protection, independent of political or ideological engagement.
Engineering evaluations related to past internal deficiencies have resulted in a new restructuring model, which will be unveiled soon.
V. UPCOMING PLANS AND CONSIDERATIONS
Engineering and organizational structure revisions will be formally announced at the end of March.
A public address by the President concerning security level and investment progress may be expected within the same timeframe.
All outreach to external scientific bodies continues, including institutions previously contacted.
VI. CONCLUSION AND DIRECTIVES
Sentinel Alpha concludes that the company remains operationally sound, but attention to structural vulnerabilities and strategic pressures has increased. The following directives are in effect:
LEVEL 1 remains active, but all departments must prepare for a potential LEVEL 2 escalation.
Engineering leads are to implement revised protocols internally and remain in coordination with Sentinel Alpha during the transition.
Support to affected members in Türkiye is to continue through secure channels and response coordination.
Investment-related activities will remain under full surveillance until negotiations conclude.
Sentinel Alpha’s mandate is to ensure operational continuity, institutional integrity, and protection of all Eolisa Space members, regardless of geography or circumstance.
